Autumn Ridge

Autumn Ridge is a planned community located in Concord, North Carolina, built between 1998 to 2000. There are 143 homes ranging in size from around 1200 sf. to 2300 sf. Our neighborhood has lots of green space and large common areas. The park in the middle of the community offers a playground, picnic shelters and open space to run, play or kick a soccer ball around.
